Client shall have 1 month to respond to each
set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client
for review. If we do not hear back from client
for more than 1 month,
LOGO2DAY.COM will assume
the project complete and the project shall be
deemed to be complete.
Some projects are completed in two days while
others can take months to complete.
Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. No hidden
charges.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card
using
Share-it! . If you prefer to using
any other method of payment, email for detail.
Full payment must be verified before design work
is undertaken.
When payment has been verified the client will
be sent a confirmation email, marking the
beginning of the design process. This will
normally occur within one business day.
Logo Approval
The design process will terminate when the
client gives final approval of a
logo
design. This will normally be done by email.
Upon completion of your
logo design project,

download all your new
logo files on your own
private web page, These final files will be

resolution on your image. It's
best to make GIFs or any other
bitmap formats you may need for
your web site or printing.
Vector files are mostly used by
professional designers or print
shops. so your print shop can
edit, or change all the
information on your business
card and stationery according to
your request.

LOGO2DAY.COM does not hold any rights of
the
logo created ( provided that final payment
has been received from the client ).
Unapproved draft
logo designs shall remain
the copyright of
LOGO2DAY.COM;
LOGO2DAY.COM keep
the rights to put approved
logo in
LOGO2DAY.COM
for example.
The client is free to register his/her
logo
created by
LOGO2DAY.COM under his/her name or
trademark.
LOGO2DAY.COM does not provide registration
services, nor does it assume responsibility of
an event of a plagiarized name, existing
identity, or extreme
logo similarity. However,
in the event of this situation, we will modify
the
logo to correct and/or aid our customer for
a time period of no more than 6 months of
creating primary image. We suggest you register
the
logo with your state or province in order to
protect its design. This will protect you from
others copying your
logo design.
REFUND POLICY
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your
money back.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with
our work, you may request to have all work
stopped and your money refunded (less a $35
service administration fee for all refunds).
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business
days of your request.
This refund policy WILL NOT take effect
if any of the following conditions apply:
1. If you purchase the BASIC Package or any
additional design services;
2. If you have requested revisions or redraw;
3. If we do not hear back from you for more than
30 days;
4. If the company we are making the
logo for
closes, changes their name or activity;
5. If the project was closed for reasons
unrelated to our design.
