Logo Design Terms and Conditions

This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Logo2day.com Web Site and its services. Please read this page carefully. By submitting the order form or sending payment the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions.

The information, images, and / or data contained in this website is copyrighted by Logo2day.com, All Rights Reserved. And may not be distributed, modified, reproduced in whole or in part without the prior, handwritten and signed consent of Logo2day.com!

Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD. No hidden charges.

• Prices can be converted in EUR, GBP, CHF or any other of your local currency during the payment procedure.

• Payment must be made using a valid credit card or by PayPal. Logo2day.com also accept payment by Wire Transfer or Western Union. If you prefer to use other method of payment, please email us for details.

• Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken.

• When payment has been verified the client will be sent a confirmation email, marking the beginning of the design process. This will normally occur within one business day.

Concepts and Revisions

• All interaction occurs over the Internet.

• Your initial variations will be ready in 2 days, depending on the complexity of your project.

• Depending on the package you choose, 2 to 10 designers will work on your project.

• Depending on the package you choose, Your first draft include 5 to 10 initial logo designs.

• Depending on the package you choose, We provide 2 to 10 logo design redraws.

• Logo2day.com will deliver unlimited revisions of your project until you are 100% satisfied.

• Revision cycles take 24 (or less) to 48 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.

• Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set of concepts / revisions submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from client for more than 1 month, Logo2day.com will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.

• Some projects are completed in two days while others can take months to complete.

Logo Approval and Final Files

• Each package include ONE final logo only

• The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a logo design or stationery design. This will normally be done by email.

• Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final logo will be zipped and sent to you by email.

High-Res Bitmap Files for Printing:

TIFF 300dpi*

PSD 300 dpi*

Bitmap Files for Web:

JPEG 150 dpi

*Transparent Background

• Once the final package has been sent, no further revision / redraw available.

• If you have a special request you can download it from the internet, If you need a CD we will provide this for free and you just pay the shipping.

• Logo2day.com will keep your file indefinitely. If you need a replacement copy please contact us at info@Logo2day.com and we will email you a copy in a timely manner.

OWNERSHIP / COPYRIGHTS

• On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo and stationery is automatically transferred to the client. Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Logo2day.com.

• Logo2day.com keep the rights to put approved logo and stationery in Logo2day.com's website for example.

Refund Policy

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. There is a $48 administration fee for all refunds. Refunds can only be issued for orders paid by credit card or PayPal.

Pleaase note: Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

• If you have approved your logo;

• If you have requested revisions or redraws;

• If the company we are designing the logo for, goes out of business, changes their name, or changes their line of work;

• If the project closes for any reason unrelated to our design;

• If we do not hear back from you for more than 1 month.
